Our service arm, Service Tech, handles every battery we install. You're covered by a 10-year SOFAR equipment warranty and a 5-year Service Tech installation warranty. If the Powerall throws a fault five years from now, Service Tech logs it, finds the cause, and gets it actioned. You call us, not SOFAR's call centre in another time zone.
